**The role**

You will drive circular economy solutions and make a lasting impact and provide expert guidance to our clients, helping them formulate effective circular economy strategies and ensuring successful implementation of sustainable solutions. Engage in on-site client meetings, conduct audits, collect data, and facilitate workshops to foster collaborative innovation.

You will take ownership of end-to-end project management, ensuring high-quality delivery. Your analytical ability will shine as you independently analyze data and prepare insightful reports and presentations. Additionally, contribute to our growth by designing tailored solutions for clients and actively participating in the development of technical and commercial proposals. **Who are you?**

We're seeking a results-driven consultant who is passionate about impact-driven work and skilled at implementing economically viable solutions. Detail-oriented and well-organized, you excel at activity planning, team management, driving execution and you excel in diverse, simultaneous projects.

Your exceptional communication skills allow you to interact effectively across all organizational levels.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of technical, regulatory, and economic aspects related to the management of mineral and/or inert waste streams. Your strong consulting skills will be crucial in assisting our clients in defining their needs and developing innovative solutions that add value. Proficiency in circular economy assessment methodologies, coupled with your ability to translate the results into economically viable solutions, will be essential.

Your experience in working with small and medium-sized companies in mineral resource-intensive sectors, such as construction/demolition, infrastructures, transport & logistics, metals and mining, and power & utilities, will be highly valuable. Familiarity with the regulatory framework, standards, and certifications impacting resource and waste management in these sectors, along with knowledge of the Swiss landscape, will be advantageous.

A Master's degree in environmental sciences or engineering, proven relevant experience, and proven project management skills are essential and strong oral and written communication skills in French and English are required, with German language proficiency being an additional asset.
