**Your role:
As part of the Supply Operation from Aubonne site you will join the Planning team in charge of the production lines planification and replenishment from the active ingredient to the finished product.

Your mission will focus on the writing and the harmonization of the different Planning documentation.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to undertake the following responsibilities:

- **Updating existing procedures**: Analyze and revise current procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- **Support the creation of a planning matrix procedure**: Develop a standardized procedure for planning, enabling more efficient resource and timeline management.
- **Drafting a planning procedure**: Formalize a clear and precise planning procedure to ensure better organization and task anticipation.
- **Participation in operational tasks**: Engage in practical activities to support the daily operations of the Supply Chain team.

**Your profile**:

- Master/engineer student in Pharmacy or Compliance Management or related field
- Highly motivated and autonomous
- Ability to write and elaborate documentation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Good knowledge of Word
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Good written and oral knowledge French and in English (B2 minimum).
