**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and business opportunities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, bringing new and innovative ideas to the table
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic marketing planning role
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing budgets and resources, as well as working with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, French is a plus
