We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Design Lead to lead and grow a dynamic team of product designers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wealth management on a global scale.

**As a Product Design Lead you will**:
**Leadership and Strategy**
- Define and drive the overall product user experience strategy in alignment with the company's vision.
- Articulate a compelling vision for the user experience that inspires clients, leaders, and partners, driving a strong competitive advantage in the industry.
- Oversee the entire end-to-end user experience across our platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to align design initiatives with business objectives.

**Team Management**
- Lead a team of designers, and researchers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the growth and success of individual team members.
- Provide a design vision to the design team, inspiring and mentoring designers to deliver high-quality work.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture, encouraging creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and hiring efforts to build a talented and efficient design team.
- Design Excellence
- Set and maintain high standards for design quality, consistency, and visual aesthetics across our platform.
- Implement best practices and design standards to ensure a unified and delightful user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and user experience best practices, and incorporate them into design strategies.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver impactful design solutions.
- Present design concepts, strategies, and outcomes to internal teams, executives, and external partners, effectively articulating design rationale and justifying design decisions.
