**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to reinforce the Product Education team at its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.

**Your role**

As Instructional Designer you will:

Develop on-line training courses on Nexthink products based on existing training documentation and demo software environments
- Write engaging instructional material including assessments and quizzes, practice exercises with feedback, case studies, and instructional graphics
- Create innovative, supporting material/media such as storyboards, audio/video scripts, simulations, role-playing, games etc.
- Update the training courses by following the product evolution and new feature development, create exams for Nexthink certifications
- Test prototype training courses, manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), and respond to learners’ queries if needed.
- Proactively contribute to new training methods, programs and tools
- Establish relationships with colleagues across teams to share standard methodologies, drive innovation and meet agreed goals

You can work remotely but must reside either in Switzerland, France, Spain, Germany or the United Kingdom.

Qualifications**
Required expertise**:

- 3+ years’ experience professional experience in instructional design or in IT service management
- Experience with Nexthink software or willingness to learn about our product
- Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, elegant, and clear learning solutions
- Ability to use learning technology and tools (e.g. Camtasia, Articulate)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as high attention to detail and quality
- Creativity and positive can-do attitude in the face of challenges and limitations
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and learning design experience using ADDIE/SAM or similar instructional design methodology
- Experience developing and supporting training for IT teams
- Experience with learning management systems, especially Thought Industries
- Cheering up colleagues on a rainy day
