Expected start date in position**:1 August 2024**
Contract length: One-year contract, followed by two-year contract, renewable once only, for a total of five years maximum.
Activity rate: 100%
Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny

**Your responsibilities**:
50% of the activity rate at least will be dedicated to the realization of a research project in the field of modern English literature.
50% of the maximum activity rate will be devoted to teaching tasks (4h per semester).

The appointee will be expected to:

- contribute to administrative tasks and participate in the life of the Department and Faculty.

**Your qualifications**:
Doctor of Arts in modern English literature (thesis submitted upon taking office).

University-level teaching experience is required.

Competence in French is expected.
