Die HealthEcon AG, Basel, wurde 1981 als Beratungsunternehmen im Gesundheitswesen gegründet und ist seit 2012 Teil der IGES Gruppe. Kern unserer Arbeit ist die Planung und Durchführung von HTAs, epidemiologischer Recherchen, gesundheitsökonomischer Analysen sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Market Access Strategien und Erstattungsdossiers auf deutscher und europäischer Ebene. Insgesamt beschäftigt die IGES Gruppe mehr als 200 Expertinnen und Experten aus den Fachrichtungen Medizin, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Natur
- und Sozialwissenschaften, Pharmazie, Statistik und Informatik. Die IGES Gruppe umfasst heute 14 Unternehmen an Standorten in Deutschland, Großbritannien, Frankreich, Schweden und der Schweiz.

Lead - Market Access, HTA & Pricing (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Entwicklung, Leitung und operative Umsetzung von Projekten zur Erstellung von HTA-Berichten, Value Dossiers und nationalen wie europäischen Erstattungsdossiers
- Wissenschaftliche Analyse und Bewertung von Regulierungsinstrumenten, deren Effekten und Anwendungskonzepten
- Entwicklung, Leitung und Umsetzung von strategischen Beratungsprojekten zu Themen des Marktzugangs innovativer Arzneimittel
- Systematische Recherche, Beschreibung und Bewertung klinischer Studien und Interpretation klinischer Ergebnisse
- Selbstständiges Verfassen wissenschaftlicher Texte und Publikationen
- Vorstellung von Projektkonzepten und Ergebnissen beim Kunden
- Aufbau und Steuerung von Projektmitarbeitern/-teams
- Akquisition neuer Kunden und Projekte

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Pharmazie, Medizin, Naturwissenschaften, Statistik oder Ökonomie
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder assoziierter Beratung
- Wissenschaftliche Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
- Gründliche und exakte Arbeitsweise (inhaltliche Korrektheit, logische Konsistenz, fehlerfreie Rechtschreibung und Grammatik, durchgängiges Einhalten vor-gegebener Layouts und Formate)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse des deutschen/europäischen Gesundheits
- und Arzneimittelmarktes
