Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören
- Organisation und Koordination von Aktivitäten, die darauf abzielen, Innovation und unternehmerisches Denken unter den Studierenden zu fördern, mit einem besonderen (aber nicht ausschließlichen) Fokus auf die Geistes-, Sozial
- und Humanwissenschaften.
- Koordinierung und Unterstützung verschiedener Aktivitäten im „Ideenlabor“, einem kreativen Raum für Workshops, innovative Seminare, gemeinsame Projektarbeit, Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungen. Zu den spezifischen Aufgaben gehören das Veranstaltungsmanagement, die Terminplanung und die logistische Unterstützung; als Gastgeber sind Sie das Gesicht des Raums und die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Anfragen.
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor-Abschluss (vorzugsweise nicht länger als ca. 3 Jahre zurück)
- Erfahrung im Veranstaltungsmanagement, einschließlich Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (idealerweise mit Bezug zu pädagogischen oder innovativen Aktivitäten).
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, mehrere Aktivitäten zu organisieren, zu koordinieren und zu verwalten.
- Sie sind kreativ, interessieren sich für Unternehmertum und Innovation, sind ein aktiver Netzwerker und können auf unterschiedlichste Menschen zugehen.
- Sie sind flexibel in Bezug auf die Arbeitszeiten und können unter der Woche gelegentlich auch abends arbeiten.
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil.
- Ihre Stärken liegen sowohl in der Teamarbeit als auch in der selbstständigen Erledigung eigener Aufgaben.
- Sie sind vertraut mit dem Ökosystem der Universität und der Stadt Bern, ihren Studentengemeinschaften, Vereinen und unternehmerischen Initiativen.
