Be part of an exciting journey, assisting Richemont International SA (RISA) Finance team, based in Fribourg, in our transformation into a data driven company.

As part of the RISA Finance digital transformation team, you will integrate existing and new technologies to drive a new operating model and new ways of working within the organization.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**:

- Act as single point of contact (SPOC) and Coordinate RISA Central Region SAP 4 Hana Business Value Realization project preparation, testing & deployment
- Provide project updates and get feedback on a consistent basis from/to various stakeholders including RISA CFO about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Support RISA Finance tools implementation (Celonis, UiPath, PEGA, PBI, ACL) and help select “best of breed” solutions and their connections to SAP ECC6 and SAP 4 Hana
- Actively monitor and shape roadmap of RISA Finance tool interfaces to SAP
- Actively monitor and shape SAP Ariba e-invoicing solution deployment and as well as VIM OCR upgrade
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Gather requirements from Finance stakeholders, perform Fit/Gap analysis and prioritize results according to Finance Leadership directives.
- Deploy Finance Training/change management locally to support process adoption, develop and maintain skills and knowledge

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You hold a Master’s degree in business, computer science or a related field
- You have 5-8 years of finance project management and related experience
- You can solve problems creatively and have a strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- You have a proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- You have a recognized experience working with SAP ECC6
- You are willing to develop workflows in either PEGA or UiPath
- You are curious, a demonstrated self-starter with leadership skills
- You have the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and drive consensus with key stakeholders
- You have a strategic mindset, capable of presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders
- You are fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus
