This internship will allow you to participate in all the aspects of the event for Baume & Mercier from the preparation, the event itself and the post-event activities.
**Your responsibilities will be quite diverse**
In preparation of the event, you’ll manage the accreditations, prepare and follow up on the planning, the logistics elements, the hospitality aspects but also participate in the recruitment of the staff for the service during W&W.
During the event, you’ll provide support to the team on various aspects of the organisation of the event.
**Your profile**
You are a current student in Bachelor or Master degree and have a first experience in event management or in communication.
You want to play an integral role in a large scale event for a Maison and are ready for the challenge.
This internship requires rigor, organization skills and great communication skills. Resistance to stress and flexibility will be key.
Digital skills are a plus
