**Your role**

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to juggle multiple tasks and projects while effectively prioritizing? Are you truly collaborative and motivated to join a strong team were you can provide business-related service and support the Remote Sales Campaign Management team? In your role, you will work closely with your team, the Remote Sales Senior Manager and the front units to drive our initiatives to grow above markets and improve the business.

Your main tasks include:

- Responsibility for the design and creation of outbound campaigns in Switzerland
- Sales & Quality Reporting in reference on sales, efficiency and ambitions of our teams
- Prepare decision documents for the Senior Management
- Participation in agile projects within Personal Banking regarding Lead Generation
- Cooperation with various stakeholder as Sales / transformation mgmt, marketing or advanced anaytics
- Planning and coordination of management meetings and Offsites

**Your team**

You are working in the Remote Sales Campaign Management Team for Personal Banking in an office with state-of-the-art infrastructure in Zurich Altstetten. Work from home is feasible, flexible working hours are ensured.

Remote Sales & Advice as a strategic initiative will further expand in the upcoming years. The new set-up is operating with flat hierarchies in a dynamic and agile mode. You have the tremendous opportunity to work in a start-up within a large bank, to implement a very ambitious vision and become an advocate of change & transformation in UBS. **Your expertise**
- ideally previous experience with a financial background
- independent, motivated, proactive and focused
- solid skills at MS Office
- a well-organized person with good communication ability
- effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- strategic partner to team members
- fluent English, any other language is a plus
