- Staefa, SwitzerlandConsumer Marketing Campaign Manager
**Your tasks**
- Understand the needs of consumers and health care providers (HCPs) who are learning about cochlear implants and uncover new insights that help us to improve our marketing and communications
- Develop B2C content & communication strategies to drive growth, engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with the Advanced Bionics Branding team to ensure adherence to the overarching Advanced Bionics messaging and branding guidelines including the co-branding guidelines
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure that marketing campaigns connect to the sales process and drive results
- Track results using continuous improvement tools for reporting to ensure targets are achieved, to track leads throughout the sales funnel, and to ensure that ROI is optimized by analyzing lower funnel conversion data
- Manage projects with outside agencies to ensure efficient, cost effective results
- Liaise with Legal, Compliance and Regulatory to ensure all content is approved
- Use AI software to help support the creation of new content
- Strategically optimize campaigns based on results
- Manage localization of campaign material for regional geographies globally
- Manage the marketing strategy for global HCP initiatives
- Contribute to launch excellence and support marketing team projects across the wider group
- Manage spending relative to allocated budget
**Your profile**
- University degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent work experience
- Data-driven, with an eye for design and has experience in using multi-channel marketing platforms and digital tools (e.g. META Business Suite, Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Well-versed in building and gaining alignment on reporting metrics that drive ROI and inform performance. Ideally has experience in creating reports & dashboards within Salesforce CRM
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage global/cross-functional project teams of different business units across multiple time-zones with indirect authority
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, other European languages are a plus
- Experience working within a MedTech, Health or Pharma company is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
