Nous sommes très heureux de publier ce poste unique. Ce poste de direction représente une opportunité unique pour quelqu'un qui aime gérer les aspects technologiques et commerciaux et qui possède de solides compétences stratégiques et de structuration, sans pour autant rechigner à des tâches plus pratiques. Le poste consiste à gérer 3 subordonnés directs et 20 à 25 employés et sera basé dans nos bureaux d'Olten ou de Lausanne, en Suisse.

**Tâches**:

- Développer le portefeuille d'actifs, de solutions et de produits énergétiques d'Alpiq en Suisse, couvrant les technologies d'énergie renouvelable sélectionnées, l'hydrogène et d'autres technologies flexibles, ainsi que des solutions clients pour la transition énergétique,
- Gérer et enrichir la gamme de produits et services d'origination qu'Alpiq offre à ses clients, développer les activités commerciales en Suisse à travers les segments de clientèle d'Alpiq,
- Développer le réseau commercial d'Alpiq en Suisse et assurer la bonne gestion des grands comptes,
- Développer l'organisation de l’unité d’affaires conformément à la stratégie de l'entreprise, assurer la gestion des connaissances et le développement du leadership, la diversité et l'inclusion des employés, ainsi que la planification de la relève,
- Gérer et rationaliser le portefeuille d'activités actuel d'Alpiq dans le domaine des sources d'énergie renouvelables, en particulier son portefeuille photovoltaïque alpin, de la production d'hydrogène vert et de sa logistique, et à l’avenir dans des technologies augmentant la flexibilité et la résilience du système électrique en Suisse,
- Diriger et développer le portefeuille d'actifs et de projets commerciaux d'Alpiq, assurer la collaboration entre les chaînes de valeur concernées au sein d'Alpiq et avec les fonctions de soutien,
- Assurer la sécurité des opérations et le respect global des normes de sécurité (personnes, IT, OT), de la conformité et des exigences réglementaires,
- Organiser la gestion des parties prenantes d'Alpiq pour les activités concernées. Représenter Alpiq et ses intérêts au sein des associations et organisations industrielles suisses et européennes appropriées,
- Gérer les participations d'Alpiq dans des entités juridiques, représenter Alpiq dans les conseils d'administration des filiales et superviser les activités, l'organisation et les projets des filiales.

**Profil**:

- Formation principale dans un domaine commercial/économique au niveau universitaire, avec des connaissances techniques générales (ou inversement formation universitaire dans un domaine technique avec solides connaissances commerciales),
- Compétences en matière de gestion d'entreprise (par exemple, executive MBA), connaissance des processus de fusion et d'acquisition, des plans d’affaire, des activités de financement et de structuration,
- Compétences en leadership démontrées dans le développement d’organisations et de personnes et dans la gestion d’organisations sur plusieurs niveaux hiérarchiques,
- Connaissance des produits structurés d’origination et de l’établissement d’offres commerciales,
- Compréhension des schémas de commercialisation de l'énergie et des voies de commercialisation courantes, PPA, trading, etc.
- Compréhension profonde de l'industrie suisse de l'énergie, des conditions-cadres régulatoires et légales et des technologies énergétiques,
- Expérience pratique de la gestion de parties prenantes,
- Compétences accrues et expérience démontrée en matière de négociation,
- Français comme première langue, allemand comme deuxième langue, ou inversement,
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, capacité à parler sans notes, à rédiger des documents et des contrats,
- Compréhension du droit suisse et des meilleures pratiques en matière de gouvernance d'entreprise, ainsi que des rôles et responsabilités du conseil d'administration,
- Connaissance du développement de la stratégie et des processus stratégiques,
- Réseau établi en Suisse.
