HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
As Business Unit Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the organisation and its employees. You have P&L responsibility and ensure that quality and deadlines are guaranteed. You also ensure the implementation and further development of the agreed goals and processes.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Completed technical or business studies
- Leadership personality with high social competence
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams to achieve a common goal
- Communication skills and agility in dealing with contact persons from different cultures and business areas
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel to visit our locations at home and abroad (approx. 20-40%)

For Stadler, customer proximity does not end with the delivery of the trains. Our employees are available to our customers as service partners with advice and support to guarantee the highest quality. In this way, we guarantee the reliability and availability of our rail vehicles throughout their entire service life.
- Wherever Stadler rail vehicles are on the road, it is never far to the nearest service location. For us, customer proximity is the prerequisite for an individualised service offer. The service division is constantly growing and is represented by over 2,500 employees at 70 locations in 22 countries.
