**What do we do?**:
**Electra was born in 2021 out of the desire to make cities more sustainable, quieter and cleaner, and to accelerate the shift to electric vehicles by tackling the main obstacle of recharging. Electra promotes electric mobility by expanding fast charging in cities.**
We are constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast charging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and to provide a seamless and simplified user experience. Product, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities
With locations in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, and Milan, we are pursuing the **goal of establishing a fast-charging network of 8,000 charging points by 2030** in order to participate in the energy transition in Europe.
**In less than 24 months, we have**:
- Set up more than 250 charging points and secured 4000 charging points across Europe
- Opened offices in France, Belgium and Italy
- Received €175 million in funding
- Joined the French Tech Next 40
- Put together a team of +140 talents... and this is only the beginning: join us
**Your mission**
**2023 is the year of the opening of Electra Switzerland.** We are looking for a team of 10 motivated and driven individuals to set up 100 fast charging stations by the end of 2026.
As **Executive Advisor - Business Development CH **you are a key contributor in the development of Electra's charging infrastructure thanks to your network and previous experience. You advise the Country Manager on potential leads and attractive locations in Switzerland. You will work closely with the whole team to identify potential attractive opportunities and bring in your valuable insights and network.
**Your role**
- Identify key stakeholders in the real estate, public and private sector that could be attractive and interested in Electra’s value proposition
- Obtain and hold meetings with land owners and decision makers to propose Electra’s solution
- Help shape long-term partnerships with landlords, real estate managers and mobility players
- Bring your knowledge of the industry and your personal network to advance partner negotiation discussions at a faster pace
**Your profile**
- You have 15+ experience in real estate portfolio management or search of real estate for franchise or gas station locations
- You know the Swiss geographical landscape well and understand the difference between a good and bad location for fast charging
- You are autonomous, organized and motivated to help find the best sites for Electra
- You have a desire to help in the development of a fast-growing start-up
- You speak (Swiss) German and English fluently. French or Italian are a bonus
- You are interested in current energy and environmental topics with a passion for electromobility
