**Night Manager (H/F)**
En étroite collaboration avec le Front Office Manager, vous superviserez l’équipe de nuit afin d’offrir une qualité de service à la hauteur des exigences d’un palace. En optimisant les ventes et en promouvant tous les services proposés, vous accueillerez les clients selon les standards de qualité de Beau-Rivage, vous répondrez à leurs attentes, vous anticiperez leurs besoins et coordonnerez les demandes de dernière minute.
Pour garantir la satisfaction de notre clientèle et un niveau d’excellence élevé et constant, vous participerez activement à l’encadrement, la formation, la motivation et le développement de l’équipe de nuit.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous réaliserez les clôtures journalières, vous élaborerez les rapports comptables et statistiques, vous veillerez à la sécurité des clients de l’hôtel en veillant aux mouvements d’entrée et de sortie, et vous appliquerez et respecterez les consignes de sécurité.
- Date d'entrée : avril 2024 ou à convenir / Poste en CDI
- Diplôme de formation supérieure dans l’hôtellerie-restauration obligatoire.
- Expérience significative de plusieurs années dans un poste similaire et dans un établissement hôtelier de luxe et/ou chaîne hôtelière de luxe.
- Parfaite maîtrise des langues française et anglaise. Une 3ème langue un atout.
- Excellente présentation, dynamique et excellent sens du relationnel.
- Diplomatie, discrétion, flexibilité, leadership, autonomie, force de proposition, travail d’équipe, esprit d’analyse, prise de décision, planification et organisation, résolution de problèmes sont des qualités indispensables pour le poste.
- Connaissance de Fidelio ou Opera un réel atout.
- Travail exclusivement de nuit, disponibilité les weekends et jours fériés.
