**VIE Transformation Manager Process Owner Credit - Genève, H/F**

**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**

Votre mission sera d'assister le Process Owner Crédit GAIM et l'équipe dans la gestion des projets d'amélioration et de transformation end-to-end des process Credit dans l'ensemble des sites WM GAIM (Global Asia & International Markets).

Ce rôle très transversal vous mettra en contact avec les équipes WM (au delà des équipes Crédit) en Asie (HK, Singapour, Taiwan), en Europe (Suisse, Luxembourg, Monaco, Allemagne, Paris).

Votre quotidien sera rythmé par l'organisation et la participation aux meetings, par la collecte et l'analyse des données essentielles aux process, par la création de présentations afin de communiquer sur l'évolution des projets mais aussi la prise en charge autonome de certains sujets (autonomie dès lors que vous aurez la compétence requise).

Le métier Wealth Management de BNP Paribas a lancé un programme très important de transformation, visant à changer, converger les systèmes dans les années futures.
L'objectif est une plus grande efficacité et un accompagnement à la croissance, en lien direct avec le plan "GTS" du groupe BNP Paribas "G - Growth, T - Technology, S - Sustainability".
un premier programme dit "CRySTAL" porte spécifiquement sur la plateforme Crédit WM avec une nouvelle solution dont la première livraison est prévue dès début 2025.
un deuxième programme parallèle dit "WITT" embarque des sujets Crédits et d'autres sujets plus transversaux et s'inscrit sur une trajectoire fin 2025-2027.
Le VIE aurait un rôle également déterminant dans cette perspective.

**L'environnement de travail, c'est important **

Vous êtes localisé(e) à Genève (locaux actuellement dans l'hypercentre, mais déménagement prévu en périphérie en 2025, bien déservis par bus, tramway) dans une petite équipe de quatre personnes motivées et enthousiastes à collaborer avec d'autres intervenants en Europe et en Asie pour transformer leur quotidien et ceux de nos clients bureau au coeur des équipes WM de BNP Paribas à Genève (bureau en flex-office, possibilité de travailler en home-office 2j/semaine à l'issue des trois premiers mois, modalités pouvant être néanmoins être revues à tout moment)

Cette mission vous permettra de participer activement à l'amélioration et la transformation du dispositif Crédit (Process & Systèmes).
- Ce poste vous apportera une connaissance Crédit et transverse du métier Wealth Management. Vous serez amené(e) notamment à:

- développer votre réseau en travaillant au quotidien avec de nombreux interlocuteurs (Métier, RISK, IT) multiculturels,
- développer vos compétences en gestion de projets
- acquérir une expertise sur le Crédit & le métier Wealth Management
- contribuer à l'innovation et la transformation

**A vous de nous convaincre **

Oui, si vous êtes titulaire d’un master avec une spécialisation en management de projets.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 6 mois minimum, stage et alternance inclus, sur un poste similaire.

Vous avez de solides connaissances en crédit structurés, en crédit pour la banque de détail, et clients fortunés.

Vous parlez couramment l’anglais.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les méthodologies Agile, Lean, Change et disposez de bonnes compétences sur les outils de travail digitaux types SameTime, One Notes, Ultrabook, Webex
