**VIE **Project Manager Credit Wealth Management** - Genève, H/F**

**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**
- Parmi le Wealth Management en Suisse, vous rejoignez l'équipe du département du crédit où vous êtes en charge de la gestion du projet pour améliorer le workflow, de la qualité des reportings et du support à l'activité lors des transformations fondamentales et réglementaires.

Vos principales tâches et responsabilités sont:

- Participer à transformation des outils de crédit ou des projets réglementaires, assurer le lien entre les équipes IT, Business et les équipes Head Office
- Élaborer et maintenir un tableau de bord du projet afin d'assurer une visibilité globale, en particulier sur le projet de transformation IT et sur tous les projets impactant l'activité de crédit IM.
- Relever, documenter et suivre les enjeux du système existant
- Organiser et exécuter les tests d'acceptation d'utilisateur (User Acceptance Test) sur les nouvelles versions ou corrections de bogue fournies par le département IT
- Maintenir et améliorer les outils d'affaires (EUC) nécessaires aux activités de crédits
- Apporter une réflexion critique sur les outils et les processus de crédit ; prendre des initiatives pour améliorer le processus afin qu'il profite au projet en attendant la réalisation du projet de transformation.

L'équipe s'inscrit dans le Département Crédit de WM Suisse avec plus de 30 collaborateurs et travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Head-Office à Paris, qui supervise les opérations et les projets entre toutes les équipes de crédit GAIM.

**Etes-vous notre prochain** **VIE **Project Manager Credit Wealth Management** **?
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master avec une spécialisation en gestion de projets, data ou I.T et vous justifiez d’une expérience de 6 mois minimum (stages et alternance inclus) sur un poste similaire idéalement au sein d'une institution financière..
- Vous avez de solides connaissances financières notamment en termes de crédit et en analyse de données.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le pack Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,), les outils de programmation (VBA, Python,...)et vous avez un niveau d’anglais et de français courant.

Votre orientation résultat, votre adaptabilité et votre capacité à synthétiser seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre capacité d’analyse ainsi que votre capacité à élaborer et à adapter un processus pour finir de nous convaincre.
