**About the Role**
Our international marketing team is looking for a graphic designer with solid knowledge of and experience in brand management to coordinate efforts and consolidate our corporate style and graphics to elevate our branding to the next level.
This position is based at our headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to establish a consistent and recognizable Genedata look-and-feel; ensure adoption by employee and partners and third-party agencies
- Act as the brand gatekeeper and promote branding best-practice across all touchpoints and teams
- Coordinate internal brand ambassador program to ensure global offices are outfitted with the latest brand materials and ensure final graphics and layouts across all business units are visually appealing and on-brand
- Develop engaging PowerPoint graphics for sales and scientific presentations that support messaging to win over external audiences
- Create event graphics for tradeshows and corporate events, including booth graphics, signage, and banners
- Ensure website content is consistently formatted and on brand across all sections
**Skills & Experience**
- At least 3 years of corporate design experience
- Solid experience in corporate and product brand design and harmonizing branding across company ecosystem
- Proven graphic design experience and ability to work with design software and technologies (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint) on PC platform
- Experience designing and formatting ATL & BTL marketing collateral, advertising, and presentations (print and online)
- A strong portfolio of artwork, illustrations, and other graphics that demonstrate ability to translate scientific or technical information into compelling and easy-to-understand designs
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly collaborate with multiple stakeholders including marketers and scientists
- Ability to prioritize, organize, work methodically, and meet deadlines under pressure and with changing priorities
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field and/or scientific or technical background a plus
