At a Glance

We are looking for a Retail Administrative Coordinator to help support On’s Retail Expansion team and join us at our Headquarter office in Zurich. You will be facilitating with global documentation, assisting in financial oversight, and streamlining procedures to help open the door to On’s next growth phase.

This small but dynamic team packs a huge punch and leads development projects globally: from strategy and concepts to final delivery and exceptional store lifecycle. With ambitious and innovative projects in the pipeline, the team is looking for its next all-star

Your Mission
- Assist and collaborate with the retail expansion team to help drive innovation and excellence executed in our Retail Stores Globally
- Play a part in researching new and best market trends
- Collect and organize documentation for all Retail Locations and help ensure all financial and health and safety compliances are met.
- Support the Retail Team by building standardize records to help achieve max efficiency
- Actively challenge and contribute to automatisation of our global processes and tools supporting our activities in Retail Facility Management
- Ensure that all channels of internal communication are properly controlled and addressed

Your Story
- A strong educational background and first work experience in administration and documentation
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) as well as good knowledge (B1 level) knowledge of German
- Excellent communication, research, problem solving and time management skills
- A self-driven personality with strong attention to details
- The ability to build relationship with suppliers and our internal team
- The ability of easily multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and prioritising between multiple tasks
