**Job description**:
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen **IT-Program Manager**, der die Organisation wichtiger Kundenprojekte in der IT-Branche übernimmt und eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung unseres Büros **in Basel** übernimmt.

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**:

- Überprüfen von Auswertungsberichten der aktuellen Netzwerk
- und Sicherheitsarchitektur und Erstellen von Mehrjahres
- und Budgetplänen
- Erstellen in Abstimmung mit den operativen Netzwerkteams relevante RFPs und Teilnahme an der Dienstleisterauswahl
- arbeiten mit den Bereichen Technik, IT-Infrastruktur und Betrieb zusammen, um geeignete Konzepte zur Vereinfachung und Modernisierung der Netzwerkumgebung zu erarbeiten und zu unterstützen.
- Verfolgen des monatlichen Status, um sicherzustellen, dass Fortschritte beim Erreichen der vereinbarten Ziele gemacht werden
- Fortschritten an Führungskräfte und andere Beteiligte anhand von Dashboards und Berichten rapportieren
- Durch die Auswertung von Erfolgen und Defiziten die Prozesse zu verbessern

**Qualifikationen**:

- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Grossprojekten in der IT-Infrastruktur, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Netzwerk und Sicherheit
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Project
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in der Neugestaltung von Netzarchitekturen, inklusive Firewall-Architekturen (DMZ, Netzsegmentierungskonzepte, etc.)
- Erfahrung in Netzwerkimplementierungsprojekten in GMP-relevanten IT/OT-Umgebungen
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Produktionsnetzwerken (IT/OT-Netzwerkarchitektur)
- Erfahrung mit der Neugestaltung von Active Directory-Projekten
