**Do you match the profile?**

Do you have a first successful experience in L&D in an HR department?

You are comfortable with MS Office software.

You are thrilled with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Do you speak fluent English and French?

**What do we expect from you?**

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager adapts and deploys the Maison L&D strategy and vision in the European markets making sure a strong L&D culture is understood and implemented at all levels.

He/She has ownership within the HR team on all L&D topics while working collaboratively with Retail Training. He/She is fully in charge of office L&D programs for the European region.

Your role will include:

- Define the L&D plan, roadmap and budget for the region.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses taken by employees.
- Participate in the implementation of the onboarding strategy of the House.
- Revise and proofread HQ L&D content and adapt them to local markets if necessary.
- Collaborated with HQ to deliver creative and innovative learning initiatives.
- Support HR on individual development plans.
