**Organizational Context**:
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is the world’s largest humanitarian organization, with a network of 192-member National Societies. The overall aim of the IFRC is “to inspire, encourage, facilitate, and promote at all times all forms of humanitarian activities by National Societies with a view to preventing and alleviating human suffering and thereby contributing to the maintenance and promotion of human dignity and peace in the world.” The IFRC works to meet the needs and improve the lives of vulnerable people before, during and after disasters, health emergencies and other crises.

IFRC is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (Movement), together with its member National Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The work of the IFRC is guided by the following fundamental principles: humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality.

IFRC is led by its Secretary General, and has its Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The Headquarters are organized into three main Divisions: (i) National Society Development and Operations Coordination; (ii) Global Relations, Humanitarian Diplomacy and Digitalization; and (iii) Management Policy, Strategy and Corporate Services.

IFRC has five regional offices in Africa, Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa, Europe, and the Americas. IFRC also has country cluster delegation and country delegations throughout the world. Together, the Geneva Headquarters and the field structure (regional, cluster and country) comprise the IFRC Secretariat.

IFRC is in the process of developing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to have an effective and user-friendly platform allowing our digital processes in the areas mentioned below to be integrated, automated, useful, agile and accountable for all our staff, including all our IFRC offices around the world. The program is to be finalized in December 2023.

The program current workstreams are:

- 5 Functional workstreams: Finance; Logistics; Human Resources; PRD (donor and pledge management); Programs and Operations (P&O) including Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting.
- 3 Support workstreams: Information Technologies for Development (ITD); Training and customization; Business Intelligence (BI) and reports.

ERP Program is currently looking to improve how to create awareness and clarity of the ERP program through communicational support of an ERP Communications, Intern. This intern position will be reporting to the ERP Program Manager who is part of the Special Representative of the Secretary General Support Team, within the Office of the Secretary General.

**Job Purpose**:
The intern will support the development of communicational and innovative pieces of the ERP Program to create internal and external clarity and awareness of the Program and its advances, guided by the ERP Program Manager. This includes how to strategically create and communicate an Organizational Change Management through the ERP, to communicate advances of ERP Workstreams to different audiences, among others. Support should also be provided to analyse, structure, and develop an ERP Digital Archive of the program.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategic communicational pieces such as reports, presentations, bulletins, social media pieces.
- Support administrative matters such as taking the minutes of the meetings and support its follow up, setting specific remote and presently meetings, and others as per request.
- Analyse, structure and develop an ERP Digital Archive of the ERP Program.
- Support the generation of an institutional change management through communicational campaigns that include ERP awareness, connection with the Departments, Units, regions and key processes such as Unified Planning.
- Understand the gaps and opportunities of the program and propose innovative communicational ideas such as videos, workshops, webinars, among others.
- Liaise with the training team to revise the coherence of the ERP training components.
- Act as focal point to receive content inputs from ERP staff members, global and regional champions, users, key implementers, among others, to canalize it for the different ERP staff, to use it for reports and to maintain updated key stakeholders.
- Support the dissemination and submission of ERP strategic information/documentation in IFRC Webpage, Fednet, among other institutional communication spaces.
