About the team you are joining

The Digital Communication Intern will be attached to IATA's Corporate Communications Department, with responsibilities focusing on web and social media support. This is a great opportunity for a young communications or marketing graduate to practice digital communications in a demanding and highly professional environment in addition to experiencing fast-paced teamwork.

What your day would be like

You will be exposed to a wide array of social media, web activities and digital communications projects, with significant responsibilities under guidance of three digital experts:

- Provide web publishing support with the advanced presentation functionality offered by our Content Management System (CMS)
- Create or edit web content as needed
- Report analytics of our social media channels
- Contribute to social listening and monitoring of online debate and respond to comments
- Create social media content

We would love to hear from you if

You are:

- A recent graduate in Communications or a related field of study with excellent communication and analytical skills
- At ease with technology, ideally with notions of HTML
- With experience of web communications, blogging or social media
- And experience of social media analysis, social listening and social media impact evaluation
- As well as experience creating memorable social media posts tailored to multiple channels
- You have native or highly proficient English speaking and written skills
- Available as of 15 April 2024
