**Aufgaben, die Dir gefallen werden**:

- Steuerung und Entwicklung der Vertriebsaktivitäten und Erreichen der Verkaufsziele in den verschiedenen Formaten (Brezelkönig, Caffè Spettacolo und BackWerk), ausgerichtet auf die Wachstumsstrategie
- Verantwortung über die wirtschaftliche Performance der Formate (Planung, Überwachung, Kontrolle und Optimierung von Umsatz, Marge/Abschriften, Personalkosten und Rentabilität der Verkaufsstellen)
- Leitung, Unterstützung und Coaching des siebenköpfigen Vertriebsteams bestehend aus fünf Verkaufsleiter:innen, Leitung Innendienst und eines Area Operations Coordinator zur Unterstützung im HR-Bereich
- Identifizierung von Schulungs
- und Entwicklungsbedarf, zur Weiterentwicklung der direktunterstellten - und Vertriebsmitarbeiter:innen
- Pflegen von engen Beziehungen zu Agenturpartner:innen und Unterstützung, um das Marktwachstum zu fördern
- Koordination von Vertriebs
- und Unternehmensprojekten, sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Umsetzung
- Unterstützung der anderen Bereiche in den relevanten Themen:

- Sortimentsstrategie und Produktentwicklung sowie deren Umsetzung
- Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Marketing und Verkaufsförderung
- Standortevaluation und Organisation von Verkaufsstellen-Eröffnungen

**Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst**:

- Hochschulabschluss (Uni, FH/HF) oder Ausbildung mit höherer Fachprüfung (Verkaufsleiter:in)
- Nachweisliche Erfolge im Vertrieb und in der Führung von Verkaufsteams, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittel
- oder Getränkebranche
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Betrieben der Systemgastronomie mit Systemunterlagen und klaren Vorgaben
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um effektive Beziehungen mit internen Teams und externen Partnern:innen aufzubauen
- Kenntnis der relevanten Regelungen im Arbeitsrecht im Allgemeinen und dem L-GAV
- Einhaltung und Verständnis von Hygiene und HACCP-Standards
- ausgeprägte Leidenschaft und Liebe zu Food & Caffè
