- You'll be working as part of the Digital Platforms & Marketplaces sector, based in Zürich. We are responsible for strategic growth initiatives and digital business transformation, particularly in the field of lending platforms (e.g. key4 by UBS).

**Your expertise**
- proven experience in the digital space, finding innovative solutions to complex challenges, working in diverse and cross-functional teams, comfortable with fast-paced work environments. Experience in marketing or a digital agency preferred.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- project management experience, especially in the delivery of digital offerings across multiple sales channels, advanced analytical skills a plus.
- demonstrated ability to drive projects through design, development, and delivery, and identify opportunities of continuous improvement.
- you are a self-starter with high level of urgency, and personal accountability.
- equivalent to a university degree in marketing, communications, business, technology or related field is a plus.
- strong interpersonal and in particular organizational skills.
- fluent German and English language skills (French / Italian as a plus).
- advanced knowledge of agile and design thinking methodology such as facilitating Google Design Sprints or Value Proposition workshops. Proven communication and presentation skills on a senior management level.
- in a nutshell: the person is eager to achieve ambitious and challenging targets (can-do-attitude), works well in a cross-skilled team, is business oriented, self-driven, takes ownership, wants to be part of new business models and shape the banking digital world of tomorrow.
