**Your Mission**

Reporting to the Senior Director Tax & Treasury, the Tax Expert works closely with the Accounting, Legal and Business teams across the organization to manage all corporate taxation and tax risk. The Tax Expert will manage the tax support to the business, tax development of tax efficient operating and holding structures, transfer pricing initiatives and compliance and tax planning initiatives.

You will also manage the tax compliance for the Group, collaborating with the accounting team to manage, develop and enhance tax compliance and accounting processes and implementation of tax planning initiatives. The Tax Expert will be the reference point for providing advice on all technical tax issues. You are responsible for ensuring tax compliance with local legislation and company policies.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage corporate income taxes and tax projects and risks including the calculations and filing of tax declarations.
- Manage Sales Tax in order to support the business including but not limited to support on business transactions, review of invoices, preparation and filing of Sales tax returns with support of local advisors
- Monitor local & international country tax compliance processes
- Support the definition and implementation of internal tax policies to decrease risks in tax compliance and tax risk management
- Manage transfer pricing compliance by setting-up proper transfer pricing policies and documentation
- Provision of Tax Advice & General Support on all Tax related issues
- Provide technical tax accounting advice on various tax accounting issues (focusing on US GAAP and IFRS

**Requirements**:
**Your Background**
- Master in Tax (US or Swiss), Finance or Economics
- Specific knowledge of accounting for income taxes skills (Swiss GAAP, US GAAP and/or IFRS) as well as reporting concepts/principles (temporary/permanent differences, current and deferred taxes, etc)
- Minimum 4-5 years tax experience in a public accounting firm (preferably Big4) and /or a multinational
- Expertise in corporate income tax assessments, reviews and audits
- Understanding of international tax planning and transfer pricing concepts
- Knowledge of various taxes (CIT, VAT, GST, PAYE, WHT, Customs duties)
- Initiative for leading tax projects within the organization in close collaboration with business and support areas
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop trusting and sustained relationships across geographic distance and diverse cultures and to interact and communicate at all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English essential, with french beneficial
