**Key Responsibilities**
- Support routine laboratory maintenance such as glassware cleaning and autoclaving
- Prepare standard solutions (e.g., buffers, media, etc.) according to established methods and SOPs
- Organize shipments of materials and samples
- Receive parcels and deliveries
- Help to maintain inventories and keep track of standard chemicals and consumables
- Keep equipment in a clean and serviceable condition and ensure safe removal of waste
- Support basic laboratory work
- Install, qualify and maintain all instruments for DPS Bioanalytics in close alignment with current best practices and regulations
- Maintain and qualify equipment, safety and health protection guidelines, follow lab and safety instructions and all cGMP regulations

**Key requirements**
- A degree in e.g. Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a training on the job as lab technician
- Work experience as a research/ technical assistant in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, preferably in analytics
- Excellent reporting and documentation of skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Experience with cGMP documentation
