Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy: Develop and execute a clear strategic vision to propel international growth and profitability aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of senior executives to achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments.
- Finance: Assume responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and maintaining a robust financial position for the company.
- Development: Identify new business opportunities, market developments, and growth prospects, forging strategic partnerships.
- Stakeholder Management & Sales: Cultivate positive and transparent relationships with customers, prospects, suppliers, colleagues, and shareholders.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient business processes, guided by the vision of 'better, smarter & faster.'
- Risk Management: Identify and manage operational and strategic risks to ensure business stability.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards within the industry.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Over 10 years in a managerial position.
- Education: University degree/relevant educational background; an MBA would be a plus.
- Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the labor market, relevant laws, and regulations.
- Track Record: Proven success in leading growth and achieving financial goals.
- Networking: Actively engaged in commercial networks, social media, and a representative figure for interested organizations.
- Communication: Strong communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; German highly desirable.
- Leadership Values: A leader who values the personal growth of employees.
