**Deine Rolle**:
Mit deinem technologischen Know-how, deinen innovativen Ideen und deiner hohen Sozialkompetenz unterstützt und begleitest du Firmen bei der digitalen Transformation. Du erkennst Potenziale in bestehenden Geschäftsmodellen und setzt diese in technologischen und organisatorischen Lösungen um.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du arbeitest in einem schlagkräftigen Consulting Team, in einem renommierten Technologieunternehmen
- Du liebst die Abwechslung und arbeitest deshalb gerne an neuen spannenden Themen - auch mal ausserhalb deiner Komfort-Zone
- Du begeisterst dich für alles rund um die agile Transformation und willst Kunden an vorderster Front dazu beraten

**Deine Skills**:

- (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss in Informatik
- Deutsch und Englisch
- Du kennst agile Frameworks wie Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS oder ähnlich und hast sie schon in der Praxis angewandt
- Du verstehst die agilen Prinzipien, welche hinter den Practices verborgen sind und kennst die kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren und Antipattern einer agilen Organisation
- Du bringst +3 Jahre agile Erfahrung mit als Agile Coach, Agile Leadership Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner o.ä.
- Du hast erste Einsichten in einer oder mehreren Branchen gesammelt
- Du hast ein "know you can" Mindset und bist ausgeprägt lösungsorientiert
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und fühlst dich in technisch geprägten Umfeldern wohl
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
