CPQ Manager - Concept, Data and User Experience

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understand increasingly better the configuration dilemma from all necessary perspectives: products, markets, channels, customers, eCommerce, how to sell and deliver, configuration technology, design services, factories, sales units, sales management, sales support, after-sales, service, etc.
- Continuously improve the product models. Safeguard performance and simplicity of the models while being creative in finding new ways to model.
- Overview the holistic process of product modeling (sales and manufacturing) and enable simplifications and improvements across the different domains. Bridge between sales and manufacturing models and identify future enhancements and automations.
- Study and document current configuration modelling principles; including business entities, process to maintain, responsibilities, etc. Prepare a proposal to take the models to the next level.
- Maintain architectural principles and guidelines related to the configuration model. Including definition and relation of each business entity.
- Instruct and advice data modelers on modeling challenges.
- Take part in configuration modeling - hands on - where necessary.
- Be on a journey towards full automation - concepts that one can be proud of.

**Your background**:

- M.Sc. in Engineering, Electro-mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with Sales configurators (e.g. Configit ACE) or Production configurators (e.g. SAP Variant Configurator)
- Understanding of Software, Data and/or Architecture Development
- Attitude and ambition to learn, positive can-do mindset, team player.
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
