**This position reports to**:
IS Application Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- 10+ years of experience in Release Manager or Product Owner or Project Manager or Program Manager or Scrum Master role.
- Extensive work on Windchill PLM and have deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience with CAD Application(s) will be added advantage
- Strong project management skills and must have worked in at least two significant Windchill projects in this role
- Excellent communication skills and proven leadership skills in motivating team
- Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management and sprint planning
- Good understanding of the technical features of Deployment Products (like Azure DevOps)
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field is expected.
