**Internal Communications Manager**:

In the role you will be responsible to support the development of business-aligned internal communications framework, plan and KPIs, ensuring consistent internal messaging and information flow across the organization. You will drive Group-wide employee engagement initiatives that support our company priorities, such as our operating model, Purpose, sustain-ability, diversity & inclusion, and integrity. You will also act as strategic internal communications partner and advisor for our Corporate Officers and their leadership teams. The position in based in Zurich.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop business-aligned internal communications framework and plan.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that contribute to increasing employee knowledge and engagement as well as motivation and inspiration around strategic priority topics, such as sustainability, diversity & inclusion, integrity.
- Act as strategic communications partner and advisor to Corporate Officers on internal communications.
- Manage Group-wide leadership events (e.g. Group Leadership Forum).
- Drive continuous improvement of internal communications processes and tools and channels, such as company intra-net, Yammer.
- Work seamlessly with counterparts across ABB’s corporate and business communications teams to drive employee engagement and holistic communications planning.

**Your background**:

- At least 10+ years of experience from working in internal communications in an international company, preferably in a decentralized organization.
- Creative mind with an ability to connect the dots across different projects and functions.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solutions-oriented mindset, structured, gets things done and on time.
- Strong inner drive to engage, motivate and inspire employees on relevant topics.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
