- Are you creative and highly organized? Do you have experience working with senior stakeholders? Can you turn complicated topics into clear instructions and/or interesting stories?
- We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager to:
- Advise stakeholders in the technology field and work with them to identify, plan and develop key messages in the appropriate tone of voice
- Work closely with colleagues across the Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) and Communications & Branding (C&B) organizations to align communication plans with respect to messaging and timing
- Develop content for news articles, intranet pages, newsletters, videos, blogs and other platforms for a global employee audience
- Provide hands-on support for in-person events such as filming sessions
- Manage administrative tasks that help keep the firm and our team moving forward in an organized and controlled manner

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in Group Internal Communications team in Zurich. We are a diverse team of communications experts who love what we do and take pride in producing high quality, high impact communications for internal audiences. As part of the global team covering the Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO), you’ll help develop and deliver content covering topics ranging from process automation to environmental initiatives (and lots in between).Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- Five or more years of experience working in corporate communications, ideally within the financial services industry
- A degree in communications or journalism, or equivalent professional work experience with demonstrated success
- A great storyteller and excellent copywriter with exceptional English language writing and editing skills who has crafted engaging stories for corporate publications like an Annual Review or corporate website (German language skill are also highly desirable)
- Strong advisory skills and the ability to appropriately challenge and work with senior executives in a corporate setting
- Highly flexible and comfortable working with ambiguity, frequently changing timeframes and short deadlines
