**THE JOB**
Tu auras pour mission de promouvoir notre activité B2B dans le cadre de ventes complexes. Membre de l’équipe commerciale tu jouiras d’une grande autonomie pour contribuer aux victoires commerciales de FCM Travel Solutions, à toutes les étapes du cycle de vente.
**LES MISSIONS**
- **Identifier et chasser les prospects**: Entrer en contact avec les entreprises susceptibles de s’intéresser aux services de FCM.
- **Comprendre le besoin**: Obtenir les informations stratégiques permettant de d’établir l’offre la plus pertinente.
- **Approfondir et animer un réseau de partenaires**: le Business Travel est un eco-système de partenaires donc les services se coordonnent pour satisfaire les clients. Les équipes de développement commercial de ces partenaires sont d'excellentes sources d'informations avec qui il faut entretenir les meilleures relation
- **Jouer pour gagner **:Participer à l’acquisition de nouveaux comptes clients (Établissement de l’angle d’attaque, rédaction des supports, présentation de l’offre, soutenances et négociations jusqu’à la signature)
- **Rester connecté au monde**: Assurer la coordination multi pays sur les prospects internationaux.
- **Faire chaque jour un peu mieux **:Améliorer les process commerciaux.
- **Travailler en équipe**: Agir en étroite collaboration avec le reste de l’équipe commerciale, l’implémentation, l’account management, les développeurs, l'équipe marketing, et consulting notamment pour l’intégration des nouveaux produits/offres.
**LE CANDIDAT IDÉAL**
- Tu disposes d'une expérience commerciale B2B dans le cadre de ventes complexes de bout en bout (recherche, qualification de prospects, prospection téléphonique, présentation, négociation et conclusion)
- Tu connais le secteur du business travel
- Tu es inventif, organisé et précis
- Tu disposes de bonnes connaissances sur les outils suivants: (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), de CRM (Salesforce) et de présentation (PPT)
- Tu joues pour gagner Tu fais preuve de persévérance et de méthode
- Tu parles français et anglais (niveau confirmé), l’allemand est un plus
- Tu es capable de soutenir à l'oral une proposition commerciale
- La connaissance du secteur du Business Travel est un atout mais n'est pas indispensable
- Tu aimes te constituer un réseau de confiance dans un écosystème professionnel
