**YOUR ROLE**:
As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you will contribute to the dynamic world of digital content and communications within our team in Switzerland. You will support a variety of initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand presence both internally and externally. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and managing content, coordinating events and campaigns, and supporting internal communication efforts. You’ll work closely with colleagues across teams to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions, playing a vital role in engaging our community and promoting Capgemini's values. You will support us with:
- Creating and publishing social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram);
- Monitoring post performance and preparing reports;
- Preparing content for various channels: website, newsletter, intranet;
- Preparing and launching internal communications;
- Preparing presentations and PowerPoints;
- Review and proof-read English content for various channels
- Design flashcards, banners and other branding materials for internal and external purpose, in alignment with our graphic design guidelines;
- Recording and editing videos for local campaigns;
- Proposing and organizing internal events, challenges, and community activities for Capgemini Switzerland employees;
- Update digital channels (intranet, website);
- Supporting event planning and logistics;
- Collect and adapt information from various sources (e.g. new joiners communications);
- Managing internal CSR campaigns, focusing on sustainability and diversity.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Currently enrolled to a Bachelor’s / Master program in Communication and Marketing or equivalent is required;
- Proficiency in English (German and French will be a plus);
- First experience in Communication & Marketing field is required;
- Good balance of analytical, social and creative skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interest in digital content, online publishing, and social media;
- Hands-on, proactive, eager to learn and further develop;
- Knowledge of Canva Pro and the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop) will be a plus;
- Swiss or European Union citizenship or valid open work permit in Switzerland.
