**Digital Performance Manager**

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for driving digital performance? Join EF Education First's Digital Performance team in Zurich as a Digital Performance Manager. As a global leader in international education, with a presence in 52 countries and a mission to open the world through education, we're seeking an individual who can take full autonomy in driving performance by managing and driving projects.

As a Digital Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our online presence. Collaborating with developers, designers, and key stakeholders, you'll engage with industry giants like Google and Facebook to achieve real business impact. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn't afraid to be hands-on, and is excited about taking charge of significant projects.

**Responsibilities**:
- Optimize and manage digital advertising landing pages to drive performance growth.- Design and implement engaging personalization initiatives across platforms and marketing touchpoints via customer data platforms.- Conduct and steer rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments frequently to drive growth.- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate optimization recommendations in collaboration with design and development teams.- Develop test protocols, implement experiments, and report on findings using tools like Optimizely or Google Analytics.- Contribute to building the digital performance roadmap by identifying and prioritizing key projects.

**Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on conversion rate optimization and new growth initiatives.- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Optimizely with the ability to analyze data and extract insights.- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of conversion-related best practices in UI/UX.- Strong cross-functional project management skills to create and improve product features that meet business needs.
