**CONTEXTE**
- Dans le cadre de la stratégie « NEW RETAIL » du groupe, un plan ambitieux de transformation de la logistique de Richemont a été défini. Un grand nombre de projets ont été identifiés afin de mettre en place cette vision, orientée vers une meilleure réponse aux besoins de nos clients, vers la réduction des stocks, la rapidité d’exécution des flux, l’augmentation de l’efficience des centres de distribution et l’optimisation des coûts.- A ce titre, l’équipe Projets de Richemont International Distribution (RID) recrute un

***avec, pour mission, de piloter le plan de transformation de la logistique centrale.**COMMENT ALLEZ-VOUS FAIRE LA DIFFERENCE ?**
- Au cœur de la chaine logistique du Groupe Richemont, votre mission principale sera de piloter efficacement le programme de transformation de Richemont International Distribution. Vous serez chargé de : garantir la cohérence du programme de transformation avec la stratégie logistique RID en qualité, coûts et délais ; garantir le respect du budget dans l’élaboration et l’exécution du programme ; assurer une communication efficiente entre les équipes et les stakeholders du programme de transformation ; identifier et anticiper les impacts opérationnels et les évolutions métiers nécessaires à l’implémentation du programme de transformation ; anticiper et intégrer le change management dans le programme de transformation.**QUELLES SONT LES CLES DE VOTRE REUSSITE AU SEIN DE NOTRE GROUPE ?**
- Au bénéfice d’une formation supérieure d'ingénieur ou en logistique, vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée en gestion de programme tant au niveau opérationnel que stratégique. Vous avez en outre une expérience de consultant permettant d’obtenir les meilleures prises de décision et les arbitrages nécessaires de la part du management et des stakeholders.- Rigoureux, organisé et autonome, vous avez une très bonne résistance au stress et êtes capable de gérer un programme de transformation d’envergure. Bon communiquant et négociateur, vous assurez une communication efficiente avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes et vous démarquez par votre esprit d’équipe et votre force de persuasion.- Vous parlez parfaitement le français et l’anglais et maîtrisez les outils MS Office.
