The P&C Gardener sits within the People & Culture Team, which is currently made up of 18 individuals who are distributed in three sub-groups (bubbles):

Sonar is an organization where our teams are autonomous and responsible for their mission and objectives. In this context, this role might be slightly different from HR Business Partners at other companies. We are not a traditional HR service, but rather a pragmatic and human-centric approach where we work to keep engagement high and culture strong, with no bullshit and no politics. We are responsible for serving all SonarSourcers across the organization. This role is also focused on providing individual support for SonarSourcers regarding their development, continuous feedback, and growth here at Sonar.

**On a daily basis you will**:

- Strive for the best employee journey by being a key player in the following topics:

- Behavioral InterviewsEmployee Life Cycle- Provide a thorough and supportive onboarding experience for new joiners at Sonar by conducting one and three-month check-ins with new joiners, selecting a compatible mentor, preparing the mentor, ensuring the team has a comprehensive onboarding plan and providing feedback throughout the process to ensure continuous improvement
- Empower SonarSourcers to resolve employee relations concerns through education of conflict resolution techniques, giving and receiving feedback, non-violent communication, and active listening
- As a Team-Based Organization, we support SonarSourcers’ growth individually by creating a customized experience with various tools such as: self-assessment, skill and goal development, stretch opportunity identification, and continuous feedback
- Work in a collaborative and agile way (with our collective intelligence tools) to identify, lead, and create change in projects related to the employee life cycle
- Facilitate an offboarding process for SonarSourcers that is human-focused and positive by collecting their feedback in an exit interview, being available for questions, and following up on the feedback provided.

**The skills you will demonstrate**:

- Proven (5 to 8 years) hands-on experience managing the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-growing and evolving company
- Experience in people-focused projects in one of these topics: onboarding, mentoring, culture, individual growth, and feedback
- Experience dealing with complex 1:1 employee relations related to challenges in collaboration, interpersonal conflicts, conflict resolutions, and meditation
- Solid emotional and social skills with a genuine interest in human behaviors and psychology
- A strong team player mindset
- A thinker with a critical mindset, capable to take and give feedback
- Leadership skills: embark on people smoothly, make things happen, and create positive changes
