As a CRM and Loyalty Manager, you will lead a team of approx. 5 experts dedicated to the transformation of data into actionable winning business strategies in order to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
**A Day in the Life of a CRM and Loyalty Manager**
- Implement efficiently CRM strategies across the organization to optimize customer value & engagement according to market objectives
- Define objectives and key performance metrics to measure success (overall & by audience)
- Perform pre
- & post analysis of all key campaigns & activities launches
- Be responsible for the sales forecast (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) leveraging CRM projections & KPIS
- Frame new business recommendations according to business context and ROI of activities
- Develop and manage Lifecycle & Loyalty programs leveraging automation technologies and ensuring optimal customer journeys for defined audiences
- Lead a team of Data experts and one Brand Manager on lifecycle topics: adapt roles & responsibilities depending on business requirements & organizational changes, coach & develop the team members to grow their skills and ability to influence within the organization
**What will make you successful**
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in CRM strategy, customer & loyalty management in direct-to-consumer business models
- Successful People management experience
- Strong know-how in consumer lifecycle programs
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Proactive mindset and positive thinking
- Fluent in English, plus French or German
