**Your role**
- Do you have strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills? Are you persistent in pursuing your goals? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function forward?
- We are looking for someone like you to:
- be in charge of financial forecasting and strategic planning
- actively support operating management with reports and presentations on various topics in P&C Operations
- contribute to achieving our full business potential by working closely with your team, service managers and other stakeholders globally (e.g. Finance, Risk, IT, HR) and by successfully meeting project deliverables on tight timelines
- drive conceptual analysis of various P&C Operations related topics
- identify opportunities to improve our processes and procedures

- Most of our team is based in Zurich and we also have colleagues in Poland and Singapore. In this role you will be based in our offices next to the train station in Zurich Altstetten. We offer flexible working times and hybrid working is possible.

**Your expertise**
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a business relevant field
- at least 3 years of experience working as a business manager or in a similar role
- proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with VBA and Robotics.
- fluent in German and English (written and oral), comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills coupled with the ability to bring ideas to paper
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- a people person: flexible, open-minded, cooperative
- able to think outside the box and curious to learn new things
