The Operations Team Manager is a critical member of the store team who acts as a business partner to support major operational activities and ensure maintenance of a luxury in-store environment. They will set up a good organization of the stock area in order to empower Retail teams with a timely and accurate service that is in compliance with security and safety guidelines.

The Operations Team Manager will

**Stock Management**
- Provide the best, timely and accurate service to Store teams through a good organization of the stock area, including stock management, reception, unpacking of goods, transfer between stores and transfer to Customers.
- Effectively manage internal products flows and reservations/orders.
- Partner with HQ teams to ensure the following Key Kpi’s and set up action if need so, monthly reports...
- Sensitizes team members to the value and treatment of the products.

**Inventory Management**
- Supervise the monthly fiscal stock inventories and the rotative inventory.
- Report and adjust missing products, manage the procedures of retrievals defective, obsolete and destockage.
- Maintain team efforts to limit stock discrepancies: set up action plans in terms of security and stock room rules in order to lower stock discrepancies.
- Partner with and sensitize Visual Merchandising and team Managers in order to limit Shop Soil.

**Floor** Management**
- Supervise and animate the daily business with the store team on the floor.
- Insure the best client experience according to LV mindset

**Team Management**
- Participate in Operations teams appraisals during MPP.
- Motivate, coach and develop Operations teams.
- Support and contribute to operations training initiatives, identify training needs.

**Maintenance**
- Autonomously manage daily Store maintenance (cleaning services, security) and contact contractors to deal with minor works issues.
- Partner with Country Office Operations' Manager in order to provide feedback about external providers' maintenance activity.

**Security**
- Regularly evaluate the Store for optimum security compliance, establish regular checklist
- Ensure LV security standards are updated for the Store.
- Support Store Management in briefing/training the team to be aware and deal with typical security situations at the store.
- In liaison with the zone/central security team provide adequate security for local events.

**Audit**
- Work on Stock audit compliance checklist ensuring readiness for formal auditing, continuously produce internal documentation.
- Support the team with an action plan for corrective activities.

**Other**
- Ensure good maintenance and operation of Store machines (PC, cash).
- Assist Financial Controller to ensure the respect of the budget.
- Occasionally share expertise of operations in order to provide assistance to Store Opening.
