The Eurovision Song Contest comes to Switzerland in 2025. With around 180 million viewers, the contest is the music event with the strongest coverage in the world. Join the Eurovision team and contribute to its success.

**Your mission**: For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Production Assistant until the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Production Team (150 - 200 persons), your tasks will be the following:

- Support administratively the core team "Production";
- Organise meetings, flights, hotel reservations, etc.;
- Oversee the deployment planning of the ESC production team and manage production documents;
- Issue contracts and prepare meeting minutes for the technical trades;
- Provide support with event logistics.

**Your profile**:

- Technical understanding of the event technology industry
- Organisational and communication skills, are able to work under pressure and remain calm even in hectic situations
- Networked way of thinking, quick grasp of things, precise work methods and flexibility
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German and French
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365
