Die CEDES-Gruppe ist im Bereich Sensorik auf der Basis von Photonics auf drei Kontinenten tätig. Die Produktpalette reicht von einfachen Lichtschranken bis hin zu hochkomplexen, prozessorgesteuerten 3D Kamerasystemen in neuester TOF (time of flight) Technologie.

Die Business Unit Entrance Automation bearbeitet den Markt für Eingangsautomatisierung. So bietet CEDES hochverlässliche Sensorlösungen für Industrie
- und Garagentore, Personentüren, sowie für Transport und Personenfluss, Lagerverwaltung, usw. Zur Ergänzung unsers Teams suchen wir dich

**Dein Aufgabenbereich**:

- Begleitung der zugeteilten Produktegruppen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
- Gewährleistung dass dank kompletter Marktabklärungen und klaren Spezifikationen kommerziell und technisch erfolgreiche Produkte entwickelt werden
- Problemerfassung und Aufarbeitung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden (vor Ort)
- Definition und Dokumentation des Business Cases, Vorbereitung Entscheidung (Meilensteine 1 und 2)
- Projektverantwortung von der Entwicklung bis zur Markteinführung, sowie Phase-out und der Zusammen
- arbeit mit allen internen Schnittstellen
- Laufende Überprüfung der Materialkosten, Anforderung von Kostenreduktionsmassnahmen sowie der normativen und ggf. zertifizierungstechnischen Aspekte
- Produktdokumentationen erstellen und pflegen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing
- Produktschulungen organisieren

**Wir erwarten von Dir**:

- Ausbildung als Elektronik-, Systemtechnikingenieur oder Physiker (Niveau FH)
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Zusatzausbildung oder gleichwertige Erfahrung
- Selbständige, erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Meisterung von komplexen Aufgaben
- Reisebereitschaft (5-10% oder nach Absprache)
- Beherrschen von Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Durchhaltewillen, Belastbarkeit, Macherpersönlichkeit
