Store Associate to Norrøna Concept Outlet Store

- We are now seeking a skilled Store Associate who can contribute to the further development of the store._
- The position is a full-time position and reports to Store Manager._
**_ The position is full-time equivalent to 100%._**_ As a store associate in Norrøna's stores, it is important to us that you see the customer's needs and give the customer a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, able to see work tasks during busy and quiet periods and have a large work capacity._
**Qualifications**:
- Completed High School
- Minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably within retail/service/sports
- Good native and English language skills
**We imagine that you**:
- Has a burning commitment to sales and good customer experiences
- Are outgoing and love people
- Has a competitive instinct and is motivated by helping customers with their needs
- Has a large work capacity and the ability to see work tasks
- Is loyal, structured, and reliable
- Has a genuine interest in sports and outdoor life
- Has a minimum of 2 years of store experience
**Key tasks**:
- Sales and customer advice
- Receipt of goods and pricing
- Visual merchandising
- Ensure that the store is clean and always looks great
- Support store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
- Be a good ambassador for the store and Norrøna
