We are looking for a lively and structured part-time employee in our store

Norrøna Retail aims to be the largest, best, and most profitable sales and distribution channel for Norrøna´'s products. In other words, a sales organization with a global presence. We compete in the Champions League in our field, and to be at the top, we have to work hard and deliver the best results. That is why you must be turned on every day to make the difference we are going to. Remember, every customer and every sale counts

Job description: As a store employee in our stores, YOU are Norrøna's face to the outside Therefore, it is important that you have a positive mindset and enjoy working with people. We sell products of the highest quality, and therefore the customer should get the same experience and help when they come to the store. We are looking for outgoing and energetic people who create life and stir in our store premises. We believe that you feel better at work if you work in a pleasant environment, and this starts with the employees and the culture they help to create As a part-time with us, you have to be nice and welcoming. Customers are the first priority We want someone who takes the initiative, sees opportunities, and like challenges. Neatness, attention to detail and raw energy are something we look for. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, able to see work tasks during busy and quiet periods and have a large work capacity. You must be able to work weekends and holiday periods.

**Your tasks**:

- Sales and customer care
- Goods receipt and pricing
- Have a good knowledge of the products you sell
- Visual merchandising
- Make sure the store always appears premium
- Participation in activities and events in the store
- Support store manager and help create a good culture
- Be a good ambassador for the store and Norrøna

**Qualifications**:

- Completed high school
- Good oral skills in both local language and English
- Must like people
