Für unser Auftraggeber, ein Microsoft Solution Partner mit knapp 1000 Mitarbeiter und Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Consulting Teams Schweiz per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung nach einem erfahrenen ERP (Microsoft und/oder SAP) Experten, mit Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von KI Projekten in der Rolle als ERP Artificial Intelligence (AI) Manager (m/w).

Aufgaben

Als ERP Technologiespezialist verantwortest du die zukünftige fachliche und technische Architektur und Implementation von KI Services / Applikationen rund um die Marketing-, Sales
- und Service-Prozesse für das gesamte Schweizer Kundenportfolio. Damit wirst du die tragende Stütze unseres Auftraggebers mit Schwerpunkt Artificial Intelligence (KI) Services / Cloud Open KI und agierst als Lösungsexperte für kommerzielle KI-Lösungen. Von der Festlegung der KI-Strategie und der Priorisierung von Anwendungsfällen, die den Geschäftswert mit AI Services (Vision, Speech, Language etc.) und generativer KI steigern, deckst du die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette ab. Insbesondere wirst bestehende KI Modelle von Microsoft und SAP nehmen und in Business Prozesse einbauen. Dafür wirst du generative KI-gestützte Anwendungen analysieren mit dem Ziel, den Wert des geschäftlichen Anwendungsfalls für deine Kunden zu steigern. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team wirst du am Entscheidungsprozess und Akzeptanz der KI Services/Cloud Open KI bei Kunden verantwortlich sein.

Qualifikation

Um diese anspruchsvolle Herausforderung zu meistern bringst du mehrjährige, praktische Erfahrung als Enterprise und/oder Solution Architect im ERP Business mit und konntest bereits wertvolle Projekterfahrungen im Microsoft D365 und/oder SAP Umfeld sammeln. Eine hohe Affinität für Data Science und Machine Learning Lösungen, die in Wechselwirkung mit den Marketing-, Vertriebs-, Service
- und Fieldserviceprozessen einen hohen Nutzen für die Kundschaft erzeugen, gepaart mit mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung von Business Lösungen, um die Wünsche der Auftraggeber antizipieren zu können werden von unserem Auftraggeber vorausgesetzt. Eine Aus
- und Weiterbildung als Wirtschaftsinformatiker, Informatiker oder Software Ingenieur und Kenntnisse in agilen / Scrum Vorgehensmodellen und der Verwendung von DevOps / JIRA runden die Anforderungen unseres Kunden ab.
