Pour accompagner notre croissance en Suisse, nous recherchons un/e:
**Référent Digital Workplace (H/F)**

Au sein du site d’un de nos clients horlogers, vous serez en charge d’accompagner des utilisateurs dans l’utilisation des outils de la Digital Workplace.

Vos activités seront les suivantes:
**Mission**:

- Prendre en compte les besoins du Métiers (utilisateurs) et proposer des solutions répondant aux enjeux (Agilité)
- Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation des outils de la Digital Workplace
- Participer à la conduite du changement (documentation, formation et coaching)
- Participer aux communautés de champions
- S’assurer de la montée en compétences des Key Users
- Prendre en compte remontées du terrain (problèmes, questions, idées d’amélioration des utilisateurs)
- Collaborer étroitement avec le coordinateur site, responsable du déploiement pour le site.

**Profil**:

- Diplôme EPF ou HES ou formation jugée équivalente
- Expérience sur le déploiement des outils de la Digital Workplace, Monday sera un plus, sinon Teams, Sharepoint, One Drive
- Expérience globale de minimum 5 ans dans le « Change Management » (Méthode Adkar) et dans la « Business Analyse »
- Compétence de formateur/coach
- Compétences organisationnelle, écoute, capacité de synthèse et communication efficace
- Rigueur et approche méthodologique
- Appétence Technique et Informatique"
