**Entretiens** (en moyenne, le nombre d'entretiens est de 3 - il peut toutefois varier en fonction du niveau d'ancienneté requis pour le poste). Au cours des entretiens, vous rencontrerez les membres de notre équipe : votre futur manager bien sûr, mais aussi d'autres personnes avec lesquelles vous serez amené à travailler. Ces entretiens nous permettront d'en apprendre davantage sur vous, votre expérience et vos compétences, mais aussi sur le poste et ce que l'on attendra de vous. **Étude de cas**: En fonction du poste, vous serez peut-être appelé à passer un test. Il pourra s'agir d'un jeu de rôle, d'une évaluation technique, d'un scénario de résolution de problème, etc.

**Job description**:
Nous recherchons un Change Manager - Digital Workplace (F/H/X) pour le secteur du Luxe à Genève. Sa mission principale consistera à déployer et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des outils de la Digital Workplace.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- En collaboration avec le service informatique, analyser et comprendre les besoins des métiers, notamment du secteur industriel, pour proposer des solutions adaptées aux enjeux d’agilité organisationnelle.
- Accompagner et former les collaborateurs du site de Chêne-Bourg dans l’utilisation des outils de la Digital Workplace.
- Contribuer à la création et à la mise en œuvre des livrables de conduite du changement, tels que la documentation et les formations.
- Assurer la formation et le coaching des utilisateurs.
- Participer activement aux communautés de champions et développer les compétences des Key Users du site.
- Recueillir les problèmes récurrents, questions et suggestions d’amélioration provenant des collaborateurs.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le coordinateur du site et le responsable du déploiement pour assurer une gestion fluide et efficace.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme EPF, HES ou formation équivalente.
- Expérience significative dans le déploiement d’outils de la Digital Workplace (Monday, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive), de préférence dans des environnements complexes et industriels.
- Minimum de 8 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le Change Management (méthodologie Adkar) et dans la Business Analyse.
- Leadership naturel, à l’écoute, force de proposition, autonome, orienté résultats et avec une approche terrain.
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Curiosité et intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et l’informatique, avec une ouverture d’esprit de type « Early adopter ».
