**Deine Verantwortung**:

- ** Leite, coache und mentor** ein Team, das sich auf die Entwicklung fortschrittlicher Technologien konzentriert.
- Initiieren und leiten von **Erkundungs
- und Entwicklungsprojekten** basierend auf Strategie und Wachstumschancen.
- Arbeite global mit T&I-Funktionen, Geschäftsbereichen und Venture-Einheiten zusammen.
- Erkunde neue Trends und Technologien, die mit unserer Strategie übereinstimmen.
- Initiieren, durchführen und unterstützen von Technologieentwicklung und Innovation innerhalb der Organisation.
- Entwickle und fördere ein Scouting-Programm zur systematischen Verfolgung von Chancen.
- Baue Expertennetzwerke mit Universitäten, Kooperationspartnern und strategischen Allianzen auf und entwickle sie weiter.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abschluss im **Masterstudium in Ingenieurwissenschaften** oder einem relevanten Fachgebiet
- Erfahrung in der **Entwicklung und im Management von Technologie
- und Produktentwicklungsstrategien**:

- Tiefgreifendes Wissen über Materialien, insbesondere Elastomere und Thermoplaste, sowie Produkte und Produktionsprozesse
- Gute technische Fähigkeiten zum Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Produktzeichnungen
- Neugierde auf neue und bahnbrechende Technologien und deren mögliche Umsetzung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von **MS Office**:

- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Führungsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld mit Kollegen und Kunden an verschiedenen Orten weltweit ist hilfreich
- Fließende Kenntnisse in schriftlichem und mündlichem Englisch und Deutsch (Niveau C1), l
